Arthur Asa Berger is Professor Emeritus of Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts at San Francisco State University, where he taught from 1965 to 2003. He is the author of more than 100 articles in publications such as The Nation, The Los Angeles Times, Rolling Stone, the Journal of Communication, Society, etc. He has lectured in dozens of foreign countries and his books have been translated into nine languages.
