Various sources are reporting that the iPhone will be getting a 1.1.3 update by the end of the week, which would include two pretty major upgrades. First, it is expected to allow voice recording, and secondly, hard drive storage capabilities.

With the update, the iPhone will not allow drag and drop sharing of iTunes media, but it will allow other data transfers, like a flash drive.

While there's nothing earth-shattering about the update, it is a worthwhile one with a few new upgrades.
